Setiap set dihabiskan dalam 60 saat dengan repetition sebanyak mungkin. Rehat dalam 20 saat di antara set. Ulang 3 kali.

ooo sy biase wat utk 3 3 set jugak.tp tggu 1 minit lepas setiap set.utk setiap mggu sy akan tukar part.tp slalunyer sy bnyak buat utk ches je :)

tapi bab makan tu yang kurang sket ni susah nak kontrol huhu
